HARTMANN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Wound Care Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals and procurement teams
- Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed purchasing decisions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UK healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, science, or healthcare
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working in the wound care industry
- Knowledge of the UK healthcare market and regulatory environment
- Ability to travel regularly, up to 20% of the time
