HARTMANN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Wound Care Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals and procurement teams
  • Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UK healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, science, or healthcare
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

  • Experience working in the wound care industry
  • Knowledge of the UK healthcare market and regulatory environment
