As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with healthcare professionals across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and clinical specialists
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, including product presentations and therapy lead solutions
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities across various sectors, including primary and secondary care
  • Collaborate with the Healthcare Partnership Manager to develop and implement a commercially focused business plan
  • Support the development of HARTMANN customer advocates, including tissue viability, procurement, district nurses, and clinical specialists

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science or business (preferred) or significant sales/commercial experience
