About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Wound Care team in Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and budget holders
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Regional Business Manager
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across all relevant sectors
  • Support the development of HARTMANN customer advocates, including tissue viability, procurement, district nurses, and clinical specialists
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business (preferred) or significant sales/commercial experience
  • Demonstrable and significant recent sales track record
  • Evidenced ability to influence others
  • High personal accountability and integrity
  • Passion to make a difference in healthcare
