Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Wound Care team in Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and budget holders
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Regional Business Manager
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across all relevant sectors
- Support the development of HARTMANN customer advocates, including tissue viability, procurement, district nurses, and clinical specialists
- Bachelor's degree in science or business (preferred) or significant sales/commercial experience
- Demonstrable and significant recent sales track record
- Evidenced ability to influence others
- High personal accountability and integrity
- Passion to make a difference in healthcare
