Position Overview: Our client is undergoing a structural transformation and is seeking a dedicated Financial Records Coordinator to become a vital part of their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to generate and evaluate financial reports while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including the handling of invoices and tax obligations.
  • Maintain accurate company records and financial accounts, ensuring the absence of discrepancies.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Producing comprehensive sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Working alongside the finance team to prepare annual financial statements and corporate tax returns.
  • Overseeing bank transactions, which includes reconciling bank statements and processing deposits.
  • Identifying and documenting any inconsistencies to assist in reconciling inaccuracies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial record management.
  • Strong grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Ability to calculate, post, and manage financial figures and records accurately.
  • Proficient data entry skills with a strong affinity for numerical data.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and relevant accounting software.
