**Job Summary**

Tracker Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Freight Forwarder to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods across our global network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Central Coordination**: Act as the central point of coordination for all EMEA transactions related to Key Accounts, ensuring smooth and transparent movement of goods within specified timelines and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • **Global Liaison**: Collaborate with UK, Regional, and Global partners to facilitate transparent and efficient transactions, fostering strong relationships to ensure a seamless logistics process for our clients.
  • **Quotation Preparation**: Prepare quotations for clients, especially for transactions falling outside of Global pricing, handling this process professionally and expediently to meet client expectations.
  • **Transportation Arrangement**: Arrange transportation for goods and act as a conduit for movements within the EMEA region, coordinating with various transportation modes, including Deep Sea, Air, and Road, for both inbound and outbound logistics.
  • **Customer Intake Optimisation**: Liaise with customers to optimise their intake schedules, contributing to the efficient production of finished goods, maintaining open communication to address customer needs and expectations.
  • **Customs Formalities**: Collaborate with the UK Customs team to ensure the smooth execution of Customs formalities, staying updated on customs regulations and requirements within the EMEA region.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Operations Role or Major Accounts, Service Delivery, with a stable work history record.
  • **Operational Knowledge**: In-depth operational knowledge of freight movements, including Deep Sea, Air, and Road movements (inbound and outbound).
  • **Solution-Oriented**: Proven track record of a solution-based approach to problem-solving.
  • **Customer Service**: Exceptional customer service skills to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Ability to contribute effectively as a team player and work independently with initiative.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CargoWise 1 and Microsoft Office skills (intermediate+).
