RequirementsAbout You:

As a customer service expert, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and maintain composure under pressure. You should embody a positive representation of both yourself and the company. Being enthusiastic, a reliable team player, and a quick learner will be essential. A strong attention to detail will greatly benefit you in this role.

Main Responsibilities in Customer Service/Finance

As a Client Relations Coordinator, your duties will include:

Customer Service

  • Managing and directing incoming inquiries
  • Providing tailored quotations to clients
  • Processing sales and supplier orders
  • Responding to client emails
  • Handling demo stock requests
  • Coordinating with the sales team regarding stock
  • Updating client and supplier records
  • Managing non-conformance reports and credit note processing
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

Financial Responsibilities

  • Overseeing outstanding invoices
  • Distributing regular statements and duplicate invoices
  • Facilitating new client onboarding
  • Assisting with new supplier onboarding
  • Conducting supplier statement reconciliations and remittances
