Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Zero Surplus, a leading global sales recruitment agency based in East Anglia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales accounts, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the growth of our business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded senior salesperson with management experience, who is happy to travel overseas and take on a role with real growth potential. You will be office based in Ely for 3 days a week, working remotely for 2 days, and must be able to travel to the Ely office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing annual sales strategies
- Strategizing quarterly sales and travel plans
- Identifying growth opportunities through new distributors and OEM customers
- Reviewing individual customers to establish opportunities for added growth and revenue
- Reporting on success and plans to senior management
We are looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and business development, we would love to hear from you.
