About the Role

Grosvenor is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support
    • Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate attraction and marketing of vacancies, candidate management, assessment, and communications.
    • Support early careers recruitment, including internships, graduates, and apprentices.
    • Monitor and update our applicant tracking system to ensure effective and timely candidate management and communications.
  • Learning and Development
    • Support the management of periodic rollouts of mandatory online training to all employees.
    • Manage employee access to online on-demand training, such as LinkedIn Learning and My Thrive online coaching.
    • Support the organisation and running of L&D events and activities, including both online and in-person training.
  • HR Operations
    • Provide administrative support for HR Operations activities, including reference checking and requests, production of employment-related letters, and monitoring of key employment dates and milestones.
    • Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices in a timely manner.
    • Support HR initiatives, other HR Operations work, and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • No prior experience in HR is required, but a genuine interest in HR and enthusiasm to develop HR knowledge, skills, and expertise are essential.
  • A customer service attitude, comfortable dealing with candidates, external stakeholders, and those from all levels across our business.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy.
  • Innovative thinking with a passion for solving and owning problems.
  • Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion as appropriate, while working in an environment of collaboration.
  • Excellent IT skills, specifically knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and be confident using new systems.
  • Sustainability – Review existing ways of working and identify opportunities for contributing to sustainability improvements.
