About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of our office, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, ensuring the expected level of service is maintained for office administration and projects.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both paper and electronic.
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing improvements in administrative tasks and office procedures.
  • Coordinate calendars for internal and external meetings, company events, and general use.
  • Liaise with the Finance team and external suppliers to ensure invoices are checked and paid, and records are up to date.
  • Document and update systems and procedures.
  • Assist in reviewing suppliers, researching, and making suggestions for improvements.
  • Manage repairs for properties and develop business relationships with staff and suppliers.
  • Greet and look after visitors, prepare meeting rooms, and assist with requests.
  • Arrange couriers and manage post.
  • Assist with PA duties for the Directors.
Key Requirements
  • Administration and Customer Service experience.
  • Proactive and positive personality.
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
  • In-house system knowledge.
  • Excellent team building skills.
