About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Learning and Development Business Partner at General Mills. As a key member of the International HR Team, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a learning strategy that supports the business needs of the International segment, with a focus on marketing and commercial capabilities.
- Deliver segment and functional level learning on key capabilities and skills needed in the commercial functions of the International segment.
- Orchestrate and project manage learning moments for the International Segment, identifying internal and external content solutions and optimal modalities to build capabilities.
- Embed learning in the flow of work, allowing employees to be upskilled with the right learning at the time of need.
- Represent the nuanced learning needs of key markets to ensure appropriate learning is deployed to priority markets.
What You Will Bring
- Education - Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Experience of creating and driving a clear strategy built supporting multiple leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous role.
- Proven ability to analyze needs, prioritize solutions, and effectively communicate scope, timelines, and adjustments as priorities evolve.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and consulting skills. Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at all levels of the organization.
- Strong Verbal and written communication, group facilitation skills and project management skills including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects using standard project management practices and tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve through others without direct authority.
