About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Business Partner. As a key member of our International segment, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a learning strategy that supports the business needs of our International segment, with a focus on marketing and commercial capabilities.
  • Deliver segment and functional level learning on key capabilities and skills needed in the commercial functions of the International segment.
  • Orchestrate and project manage learning moments for the International Segment, identifying internal and external content solutions and optimal modalities to build capabilities.
  • Embed learning in the flow of work, allowing employees to be upskilled with the right learning at the time of need.
  • Represent the nuanced learning needs of key markets to ensure appropriate learning is deployed to priority markets.

What You Will Bring

  • Education – Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Experience of creating and driving a clear strategy built supporting multiple leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous role.
  • Proven ability to analyze needs, prioritize solutions, and effectively communicate scope, timelines, and adjustments as priorities evolve.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and consulting skills. Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong Verbal and written communication, group facilitation skills and project management skills including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects using standard project management practices and tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and achieve through others without direct authority.
