We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Business Partner.

This role will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the evolving needs of the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the International segment, including business leaders, talent, and HRBPs to ensure that learning initiatives are prioritized, aligned, and effectively delivered to the learners.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, strong project management skills, and the ability to work autonomously and influence others. You will be a strategic partner with excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and consulting skills, and the ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver, and partner at all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building the Learning and Development strategy and executing the learning needed to support the business needs with a focus on Marketing and Commercial Capabilities.
  • Delivering segment and functional level learning on key capabilities and skills needed in the commercial functions of the International segment.
  • Representing the nuanced learning needs of key markets to ensure appropriate learning is deployed to priority markets.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Education – Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Experience of creating and driving a clear strategy built supporting multiple leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous role.
  • Proven ability to analyze needs, prioritize solutions, and effectively communicate scope, timelines, and adjustments as priorities evolve.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and consulting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, group facilitation skills, and project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects using standard project management practices and tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and achieve through others without direct authority.
