Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Henry Martin Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential development projects in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the residential development project, including groundworks and frames.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure the project meets specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in managing project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Help to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
  • Support the Site Manager in conducting regular site inspections and meetings.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Site Manager in any other tasks or duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager from the piling stage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
