  • Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Expense Management: Oversee the expense management system, ensuring proper documentation and approval of employee expenses.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in AP/AR management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and relevant financial processes and controls.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
