As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and supporting the lettings team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, including rent collection, invoicing, and payment processing
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Support the lettings team in achieving their sales and lettings targets
- Assist with property viewings, including scheduling and conducting viewings
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including property listings and client information
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lettings administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and regulations
