Lettings Administrator Position
Part Time - 3 days per week plus Saturdays on a 1 in 5 rota basis
Main duties include:
- Arranging viewings and valuations (liaising with landlords/tenants /applicants)
- Carrying out viewings, periodic inspections and vacant property inspections
- Accurately maintaining the property database ensuring that all properties are fully compliant and hold EPC’s, EICRs and Gas Safety Certificates.
- Monitoring individual maintenance jobs progression, liaising with contractors and keeping landlords and tenants up to date.
- Managing rental properties using REAPIT (training provided)
- Meeting/greeting customers.
- Helping tenants and landlords with queries.
- Effectively cooperating with other members of the Property Management, Lettings and Accounts Department to ensure workload is effectively executedAssisting with
- Assisting with
- Tenancy renewals and rent reviews.
- Preparing all tenancy related documents.
- Listing new properties and updating accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
