Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager to join their technical team to work on Mixed Use Residential Schemes. As a Technical Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a 400+ unit scheme, as well as managing a Senior Technical Coordinator.
The company has a reputation for high quality design and build, sound governance and good management practices. They are passionate about property and are very forward thinking, which makes them a great company to work for.
This role will be a split between site, office and home.
Key Responsibilities
As Technical Manager, you will:
- Provide technical advice and manage the delivery of this information
- Appoint and manage consultants and manage allocated projects
- Work with consultants for timely issues of information to enable programmes to be adhered to
- Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications
Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Strong residential, RC Frame and low rise experience
- Previously worked for a Developer or Main Contractor
- Experience running a 300+ unit scheme previously
- Technically minded
- Effectively prioritise work to ensure delays don't occur at any time during the project
