HyperGrowth Recruitment is seeking a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

In the role of Finance Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity and growth of our organization. You will oversee the daily operations of the finance department, enhance efficiencies, refine processes, and provide comprehensive financial analysis to inform strategic decisions. This position is well-suited for a proactive individual with a background in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Accounts: Support the preparation of detailed management accounts and related commentary.
  • Financial Performance Analysis: Deliver thorough financial performance insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Financial Models, Budgets & Forecasts: Assist in the development of financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ad Hoc Modelling: Conduct financial modelling to assist in pricing and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Bookkeeping Oversight: Manage daily bookkeeping activities.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise finance team members, addressing their inquiries and supporting their professional growth.
  • Invoicing Accuracy: Ensure precision in invoicing processes, automating where feasible.
  • Sales Ledger Management: Oversee the sales ledger operations.
  • Tax Compliance: Collaborate with external agencies to ensure timely and accurate tax submissions.
  • Payroll Management: Administer payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Statutory Accounts & Audit: Assist in preparing statutory accounts and managing audit requests.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis and generate financial reports to support business strategies.
  • VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
  • Stock Reporting: Compile and review monthly stock reports, ensuring accuracy in stock costing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, upholding company values.

Qualifications:

  • Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Driven and passionate about achieving results
  • Experience in a Retail, Marketplace, or DTC/eCommerce setting
  • Proficient in MS Excel and IT tools (including VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables)
  • Experience in a scaling organization
