Financial Oversight:
Generate and present monthly financial reports, including detailed financial analysis and insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting and Financial Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to formulate annual budgets and cash flow projections, tracking performance against these benchmarks.
- Audit Management: Spearhead the preparation of yearly statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors to ensure an efficient audit process.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of finance professionals, offering guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Optimize and refine financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and precision.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators to assess financial performance and support organizational growth.
- Strategic Financial Support: Work closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to provide financial insights and assistance for business development efforts.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to manage and develop a finance team.
