Requirements:
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and financial services market to ensure compliance and drive business growth.
- Leadership Experience: Leadership experience in operational or client-facing roles, including call center oversight, to drive business results and team performance.
- Problem-Solving and Prioritization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads to meet targets, with strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.
- Finance and Accounting Qualifications: Finance or accounting qualifications, with a solid understanding of investment vehicles and financial planning to drive business growth and improvement.
