**Job Title:** Senior International Account Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Account Manager to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of global accounts and distribution network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective route-to-market strategies for our global accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize market potential
  • Nurture and develop a small team of account managers
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

**Requirements:**

  • Solid experience in a commercial, customer-facing role
  • Prior international fast-moving consumer goods exposure and account and marketing management experience, preferably in the Asia Pacific region
  • Operational understanding of international logistics
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with strong commercial acumen
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and opportunities, make recommendations
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to think proactively, autonomously, and make decisions when traveling
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to challenge and influence others
