Senior International Business Development Manager

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior International Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of global accounts and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective route-to-market strategies to maximize market potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other partners to gather market insights and trends
- Conduct market visits and research to stay up-to-date on international markets, retailers, and shopper behavior
- Lead a small team in developing their knowledge, skills, and confidence in international account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial, customer-facing role with a strong understanding of international logistics
- Previous experience in international fast-moving consumer goods, account, and marketing management, preferably in the Asia Pacific region
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a strong commercial acumen
- Ability to analyze risks and opportunities, make recommendations, and drive business growth
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to think critically, proactively, and autonomously, especially in a fast-paced environment
