Job Summary

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior International Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global accounts and distribution networks for our client in the food and nutrition industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective route-to-market strategies for each market to ensure the success of our client's business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other partners to gather market insights and stay up-to-date on trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Conduct market visits and research to gain a deeper understanding of international markets, retailers, shoppers, and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize market potential.
  • Nurture and develop a small team of account managers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial, customer-facing role with a strong track record of success.
  • Previous experience in international fast-moving consumer goods, account, and marketing management, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Operational understanding of international logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and opportunities, and make informed recommendations.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of account managers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
