About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at HMP Erlestoke, a Category C adult male prison. As a key member of our Facilities Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the prison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Maintenance Team, including managing IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with colleagues from various backgrounds, including plumbers, electricians, and cleaners, to achieve common goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting rehabilitation and positive change.
  • Utilize your administrative experience to create a better future for others, making a meaningful impact on the lives of prisoners and staff.
Requirements
  • Experience in using a variety of IT systems, including CAFM & Planet FM.
  • Experience in a busy office environment, with the ability to work without supervision.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and up-to-date First Aid qualification.
  • Administrative experience, with a focus on creating a safe and secure environment.
