Job Title: Facilities Manager

Are you a skilled and organized individual looking for a challenging role in facilities management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our team at CMD Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school facilities, including routine repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including legionella, COSHH, asbestos, and fire safety.
  • Manage the groundskeeping team to ensure outdoor areas are safe and free of litter.
  • Assist with preparing meeting rooms for internal and external bookings.
  • Support routine checks and upkeep of school minibuses.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage urgent situations effectively.
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple sites as required.
