Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrator with facilities maintenance or construction admin experience to join our team at HMP Erlestoke, a Category C adult male prison.

About the Role

As a Administration Officer, you will work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM & Planet FM
  • Experience in a busy office environment
  • Experience of working without supervision
  • Knowledge of IT systems
  • Up to date First Aid qualification
  • Administrative experience
