Exciting Fabric Maintenance Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in facilities management. As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our client's facilities and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our client's staff and visitors.

  • A competitive salary of £34,000 per annum.
  • A generous holiday package, including 21 days of annual leave and 8 bank holidays.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fabric Maintenance Engineer in facilities management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • A strong understanding of our client's facilities and equipment.
