Join Our Team as a Fabric Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and general building fabric repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
  • Carry out repairs and replacements of building fabric components
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Fabric Maintenance Engineer in facilities management
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Versatility in performing various maintenance tasks
