Construction Administration Specialist

Kilnbridge Construction Services Ltd is a prominent provider of engineering and construction solutions, engaging in a variety of challenging and multifaceted construction endeavors across the UK.
As a Construction Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project documentation protocols, promptly reporting any discrepancies or issues to both the Project Manager and Administration Manager.
- Collaborate with the project team to verify that all communications, documents, and drawings are accurately checked, logged, stamped, and disseminated to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Manage the site filing system, both electronic and manual, in accordance with company policies and the specific project documentation control requirements.
- Identify and report any anticipated challenges that may hinder the flow of information or the integrity of the project audit trail.
- Engage with contractors and subcontractors as necessary.
- Assist the project management team in compiling handover documentation for submission to clients as part of the final handover packages.
- Ensure that the site office is adequately supplied with necessary stationery items.
- Upon project completion, adhere to archiving procedures for both electronic and physical documents.
- Maintain a tidy and professional environment within the site office.
- Support the site team with additional administrative tasks as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is essential.
