Executive Support Specialist to CEO

As an Executive Support Specialist to the CEO, you will deliver comprehensive, high-level administrative assistance to two key executives. Your responsibilities will encompass the organization, modification, and cancellation of appointments, strategic planning over extended timelines, and all related tasks, including the preparation and compilation of briefing and speaking materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels and productive relationships with a diverse array of external partners, senior leadership, and staff across the organization to facilitate efficient executive support.
- Stay informed about critical priorities and developments within the supported business areas and the broader organization to provide informed and targeted assistance to the executives.
- Support the Executive Support Team by covering additional schedules as necessary and responding to unforeseen events.
- Contribute positively to the Executive Support Team by upholding the highest standards of professionalism, engaging in team discussions, and taking on assigned responsibilities.
Performance Indicators:
- Effectively communicates key arguments in both verbal and written formats.
- Demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills by anticipating needs, managing time, and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Identifies and collaborates with stakeholders during the planning process.
- Employs creative problem-solving techniques by analyzing situations from multiple perspectives to devise practical solutions.
- Encourages innovative problem-solving by building on the ideas of colleagues.
- Exhibits flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances, increased workloads, and shifting priorities.
Work Environment:
