About the Role

Catalyst by Winchester College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and landing new business opportunities across the education and ed tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the education and ed tech sectors
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and work effectively with the marketing and educational teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Monitor market trends, campaign outcomes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with education consultancies and schools
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calculated risk-taking and strategic partnerships
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in a sales and growth role with deep knowledge of the UK independent education sector
  • Proven experience in business development or partnership management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
