Mantis - New 2024 is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our revenue growth efforts. As a Strategic Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and negotiations with senior stakeholders. Your expertise in the advertising ecosystem will be crucial in informing the direction of new Mantis products and defining the growth strategy for your portfolio. You will work closely with the Managing Director to achieve personal quarterly and annual revenue targets and deliver accurate sales forecasting insights to the wider team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of Ad Tech experience in a client-facing sales position, with a proven track record of closing business and generating significant revenue. You will be an exceptional communicator and confident presenter, with the ability to think strategically and identify key business objectives and challenges. You will also have solid troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and handle multiple priorities.
