Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of work. They will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient information, including demographics, medical history, and insurance details.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to practice policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English.
  • Extensive IT knowledge and skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software.
  • Previous reception experience, preferably within the NHS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
