About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Municipal Hotel Spa MGallery. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in a busy kitchen environment.
