A Day in the Life of a Breakfast Food and Beverage Team Member

What You'll Be Doing...

As a Breakfast Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Service
    • Take ownership of your part of the guest journey, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
    • Converse with guests from the heart, being attentive and reactive to their needs.
    • Deliver impeccable personable service, making our hotel's dining areas the place to be seen.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge
    • Be conversant with all of our tantalizing cocktails, beverages, and food menus.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure a seamless operation.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Accept payments and balance receipts.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A charming and personable manner, with attention to detail.
  • A naturally effervescent and heartfelt communicator who can build excellent rapport with our guests and deliver outstanding service.
  • Knowledge of working within a food and beverage operation in a hotel or restaurant is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Flexibility to work across varied shift patterns.
