About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Host to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu and promotions, making recommendations to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Proactively offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Be aware of daily and weekly targets, contributing positively towards achieving them.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
  • Replenish stocks to ensure customers have access to products at all times.
  • Promote the use of Grosvenor Membership cards and Rank Omni Channel/Digital offer through positive customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, with the ability to make recommendations to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44, plus tips and night shift bonus.
