Salary: £35,000 per annum

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join a hotel in Liverpool. This role is ideal for a Conference and Banqueting Manager or Hospitality Manager looking to advance their career. The successful candidate will manage all F&B operations, with a particular focus on conference and banqueting operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting events.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards and quality.

Conference and Banqueting Operations:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of conference and banqueting services.
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager or similar role within Food and Beverage in the hospitality industry, looking to advance to an F&B Manager position.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
