Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided to our guests. You will plan, organize, and direct the overall food and beverage operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet, and be responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
You will have experience of implementing and maintaining control measures to ensure that food and beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply costs for the outlet are in line with budget. You will also participate in departmental meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals.
An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily management of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are provided to the guests. You will have good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar, and room service.
- Ensuring clear communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager, and Operations Manager.
- Managing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including staff supervision and training.
- Implementing and maintaining control measures to ensure that food and beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply costs for the outlet are in line with budget.
