The Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner at GCHQ, you will work closely with two Director Generals on workforce skills, health, planning, and leadership. The Strategic HR team is making significant progress on ambitious priorities, including career modernization, psychological well-being, and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Your responsibilities will include supporting effective workforce planning and analysis, leading and guiding Director Generals on strategic workforce and people matters, and advising on workforce planning, design, and structure, workforce health, leadership, and workforce and people change.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Director Generals in workforce planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  2. Lead and guide Director Generals on workforce and people matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Advise on workforce planning, design, and structure, workforce health, leadership, and workforce and people change.
  4. Collaborate with the Strategic HR team to drive progress on ambitious priorities.
