Position:
Educational Operations Coordinator

Location:
Leyland, near Preston, Lancashire

Compensation:
£11.72 to £13.14 per hour (Actual salary £22, £25, depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week – 42 Weeks per year.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding setting.
- Capability to work autonomously and efficiently without supervision for extended periods while managing workload priorities.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A good level of literacy and numeracy (minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths).
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and the ability to utilize various databases after training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate both independently and as part of the Administrative and Support Team to deliver outstanding administrative support services.
- Establish and nurture excellent working relationships to contribute to the efficient delivery of support services.
- Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing, compiling, and editing reports related to all facets of School Administration and Support.
- Maintaining and updating both manual and computerized records.
- Organizing and facilitating events.
- Assisting in the induction of new staff members.
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for staff.
- Providing HR support, including sickness absence reporting and maintaining up-to-date training records.
- Covering reception duties.
- Attending service meetings as required.
