About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Operations Director to join our team at 24x7 Group, a leading provider of specialist education transport services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading operations across Lancashire, ensuring customer satisfaction, staff management, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services to customers
  • Oversee contract management and service delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the Senior Group Team to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading and managing a divisional site or team
  • Strong examples of successful operational management and staff leadership
  • Experience in staff management, recruitment, and contract management
  • Financial management and cost control skills
  • Advanced relationship management skills
  • Experience in transport management or a related field
