Job Summary

The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for planning and delivering a wide range of activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of the individuals we support. This role requires a creative and proactive approach to ensure that our service users are engaged and motivated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement activity plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Collaborate with external providers to access a wide range of educational, vocational, and leisure activities.
  • Observe, record, and report on service user involvement in activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of healthcare and other records.
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Ability to work creatively and think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
