Brook Street is seeking a dedicated individual for a contract role within the Manpower Group.

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing first-line assistance for all inquiries, ensuring prompt acknowledgment, thorough investigation, and effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Escalate unresolved inquiries to the appropriate support team.
Enhancement of Recruitment Tools:
  • Modify the recruitment platform to align with client specifications, including integrations and basic configuration requests.
Data Management:
  • Accurately input data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed.
VMS Recruitment Tool Administration:
  • Assist in the weekly upload of hours for payroll, including re-uploading timesheets for updated rates.
  • Process backdated loyalty bonuses across various departments.
Project Management:
  • Support migration processes, pension adjustments, and business unit rate modifications.
Communication Skills:
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities with a professional telephone demeanor, confidently engaging with challenging stakeholders.
Adaptability:
  • Demonstrate a flexible mindset, open to change, and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Possess strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exhibit high competence in data management, manipulation, and validation.
Analytical Skills:
  • Adopt a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving, ensuring projects are seen through from inception to completion.
  • Effectively understand and document requirements and project materials.
