Job Summary:

CBSbutler Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Analyst to join their Defence Business Unit. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) and transforming the operating model to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize business operations to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring seamless alignment with the company's vision.
  • Assist the Business Unit Director and Senior Leadership Team in defining and executing strategic priorities, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Prepare and deliver operational performance analytics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate risk management processes, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential risks.
  • Lead workforce and capacity planning, ensuring resource demands are met and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement business operations processes, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Coordinate engagement with other directorates to support strategic and operational commitments, building strong relationships and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing business operations processes, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver clear business outcomes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in a busy business operations environment, with a strong understanding of business operations principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform applications, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Annual Bonus: Based on profit share and personal performance.
