Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German speaking Account Executive to join our team at Hootsuite Inc. in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business with mid-market customers within our landmark industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-market customers in the German market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual quota targets.
- Partner with our pre and post-sales teams to navigate sales cycles and ensure customer success.
- Manage and track sales activities and results through Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense.
- Provide day-to-day support to new team members as they onboard and develop their sales skills.
Requirements:
- Considerable relevant B2B sales experience or lead generation/business development representative experience.
- Ability to focus on client business value, return on investment, and customer solutions.
- Fluency in German.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrates a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external customers meet their needs.
