Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our finance team at Lincat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our purchase ledger and sales ledger functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately log invoices on our Accounts system daily.
  • Upload invoices to the invoice approval system where applicable.
  • Post all invoices to the Nominal Ledger with correct nominal coding for update to the Purchase Ledger.
  • Ensure invoice filing is up to date, at least on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain and monitor accounts email box, printing invoices and statements.
  • Process invoice run daily, including emailing to customers (automatic process) with ad hoc manual intervention.
  • Input credit notes onto customer accounts.
  • Cover any other duties as required to assist the smooth and efficient running of the Accounts Department.

Requirements:

  • A sound educational background with an aptitude for working with numbers.
  • Previous experience is preferred, with the ability to use initiative and thrive in a routine but sometimes pressurised environment.
