Job Summary

This Payroll Administrator opportunity is suited to an experienced Payroll processing professional with full end-to-end payroll processing experience, with either accountancy/bureau/umbrella or in-house payroll experience now ready to move to a progressive firm that offers more autonomy, a superb easy-going working environment, free parking, life cover, pension, 4 weeks' holidays, and much more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full end-to-end Payroll Administrator duties comprising of the following:
    • Dealing with Weekly, Fortnightly, 4 Weekly, Monthly payrolls via IRIS (training provided)
    • Dealing with HMRC queries & RTI
    • Processing SMP, SSP, and holiday pay
    • Dealing with clients and working on the client portfolio as part of a team, answering any client queries
    • Auto-enrolment/pensions
    • Dealing with starters/leavers, P45/P46's
    • Setting up of new clients onto the system

Person Specification

Ideally, the successful Payroll Administrator will possess practice accountancy/bureau payroll processing expertise, however, my client will also consider payroll processing experience from other industries.
