Accounts Administrator

Lincat, a reputable company in the commercial catering equipment industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join its finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately log invoices on the Accounts system daily
  • Upload invoices to approval system when necessary
  • Post all invoices on Nominal Ledger with correct coding
  • Keep invoice filing up to date
  • Monitor accounts and process invoices
  • Input credit notes on customer accounts
  • Assist with other duties in the Accounts Department
  • Maintain a strong educational background and numerical aptitude
  • Prior experience is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a routine but sometimes pressurized environment
  • Holiday restrictions apply

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems
