Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive quality assurance framework.
- Design, implement, and assess a quality assurance system that encompasses universal services, detached youth work, participation initiatives, sports programs, targeted support, and youth justice.
- Establish and roll out a child-centered quality assurance framework, ensuring consistent excellence in youth work delivery across all aspects.
- Develop and introduce thorough audit tools based on guidelines from the National Youth Agency, along with practical toolkits for youth work professionals.
- Evaluate and refine pathways and processes to guarantee consistency in youth work practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Youth Service environment within local government.
- Expertise in formulating, implementing, and managing quality assurance frameworks.
- Must possess a valid DBS check.
