Senior Youth Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Youth Services Manager to lead our Youth Justice and Engagement Services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in people management and delivering quality assurance activity that drives better child outcomes.

The role will involve overseeing and deploying data, intelligence, and support functions across the services, as well as developing creative assurance tools to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

As a Senior Youth Services Manager, you will be responsible for mobilising rapid practice responses and ensuring that our services are trauma-informed and restorative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of youth workers and support staff

  • Ensure that our services are trauma-informed and restorative

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people management and delivering quality assurance activity
  • Education to degree level
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
